Open a ticket for anything - questions, bugs, ban appeals or store issues. Admins usually reply within a couple of hours, and always within 24.

Before Facepunch's 2023 recoil rework, every gun had a fixed spray pattern you could learn and control by pulling against it - and no random aim cone. We run that 2021 patch across every server, so the skill ceiling comes from pattern control rather than from spray-and-pray.
Deliveries normally land within 60 seconds while you're in-game. If nothing shows up after five minutes, rejoin the server first - that re-runs delivery. Still missing? Open a ticket in Discord with your Steam ID and your transaction reference and we'll deliver it manually.
Undelivered purchases are refunded in full. Delivered purchases are not refundable, because the items are already in your inventory. If a purchase was made from your account without your permission, open a ticket immediately and we'll freeze it while we look.
Subscriptions are billed by Tebex, so you cancel them there: sign in to the Tebex payment portal (checkout.tebex.io/payment-history/login) with the email you used at checkout, or use the cancel link in your subscription receipt. You can also reach it from the Subscriptions tab on your profile. Your perks stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Open a ticket in Discord with the player's name or Steam ID, the server, and the rough time. Video evidence helps a lot but is not required - we pull combat logs and server-side stats for every report. Do not name-and-shame in public chat.
Open a ticket in #support with your Steam ID. A senior admin will review the logs. Appeals are usually answered within 24 hours. Cheating bans detected server-side are not appealable.
Terms of service
Playing on Rustorigin means agreeing to the server rules. Store purchases grant in-game privileges on our servers only - they are not goods, they carry no ownership, and they can be revoked for rule breaches without refund. We may change rates, wipe schedules and store contents at any time.
Payments are processed by Tebex, so your purchase is also subject to Tebex’s Terms of Service.
Refund policy
Undelivered purchases are refunded in full - open a ticket with your transaction reference. Delivered purchases are not refundable, since the items are already in your inventory. Bans for cheating void any outstanding purchase. Suspected unauthorised payments are frozen while we investigate.
